I really like this little well built beam engine.
It just has a nice feeling about it. For me the weighty brass/bronze engineered base plate and column set the engine off a treat. The paintwork is very good and not too much of it, so the lovely brass patina is apparent. I have not overcleaned her and I suggest the new owner keeps her as she is.
This model runs very well on air and exhausts up through the copper tube.
4.5" flywheel and the nicely champhured hardwood base is 8" x 4.5". Total height is just under 7"
An engine that I might regret selling.
